STEAK AND ALE PIE - 6” deep pie - Konza Custom Beef Chuck roast, mushrooms, carrots and Manhattan Brewing Company’s Brown Ale - this pie is good enough for a supper on its own and store well in the freezer! 15$
BEETS, GOAT CHEESE, GREENS - 5” round - We did have beets overwinter (plants are amazing!). We will roast them with citrus peels and herbs, slice them thinly and make a mosaic atop whipped chèvre and sautéed beet greens. 8$
SWEETS
PEACH GALETTE - 4” flaky crust wrapped around cardamom peach preserves with creme fraiche. Crunchy sugar on the free form crust. 4$
BLOOD ORANGE AND RYE - Rye Shortbread slab pie with blood orange curd. Approximately the color of perfect sunset, silky filling, toasty and malty shortbread from Seylou Bakery & Mill Rye Flour and add candied orange atop. 5$
TANGELO AND TEA - Deep 3” cupcake round. Black Tea shortbread with Tangelo Custard. Tangelos are my favorite - all the best of sweet tangerine and tangy grapefruit - paired here with a delightfully spiced shortbread 4$
BLACK BOTTOM PECAN - 5” round - Pastry lined with dark chocolate on the bottom with pecans, honey and molasses atop. 8$
CANDIED SQUASH + MARSHMALLOW - 5” round -The last of Lyons Creek Candy Roaster squash (Man, thats a good squash!). Rich winter squash custard with home made toasted marshmallow swirled atop. 7$
