It’s a Pi(e) Day Pop Up to benefit Manhattan Area Habitat for Humanity!!! In honor of everyone’s favorite irrational number, our deep admiration for pie here at Piccalilli, and our love for the mission of MAHFH - it’s a win-win-win!
All products will be for pick up ON THE PATIO AT PUBLIC HALL this SUNDAY 3.13 from 1-4 pm, and 25% of all pie sales will go to our local chapter of Habitat for Humanity to support building affordable housing in our community.

Turkey Pot Pies - We love making pot pies, they are the perfect meal. These are made with our turkey, sweet potatoes and an incredibly flaky crust.
Beef Empanadas - We will use some McDowell Creek raised beef for the filling here sweet potatoes and raisins to boot. These will come in a pack of 6.
Galette - Open faced savory vegetarian galette with pumpkin, goat cheese and roasted summer tomatoes.
Tangelo Curd Tarts with Earl Grey Crust - Hands down the favorite from last year! The curd is redolent in summer citrus smells and the crust matches perfect with hints of tea and spice.
Goat Cheese and Quince Tarts - Made with local quince from some damn fine neighbors, these are a small format galette with sweetened chèvre and quince jam.
Black bottomed Pecan Pie - Local Kansas pecans, dark chocolate bottom in a flaky crust. These tarts are fire!
Sweet Potato Pie with Homemade Marshmallow - Waterville grown sweet potato custard and homemade marshmallows
Sunflower Sables - Bake for Ukraine to benefit World Central Kitchen, providing food and staple ingredients to Ukrainian refugees and those remaining within their borders.
