It’s the next Piccalilli Pivot!
Circumstances beyond our control are pushing us out of our production kitchen at Arrow Coffee before the completion of our new building. So the time has come for us to find an interim home while we continue to build our new packing facility and commercial kitchen (long delayed by grant funding freezes earlier this year).
We have been offered a path forward with a very generous opportunity to purchase a food trailer from Brad and Jenne Streeter. The old Vista Drive-In trailer will now grace Piccalilli Farm with a shell to house our production space - (and a FOOD TRUCK future of so many possibilities!!). This path will require a lot of repairs, build-out of plumbing and the construction of a dishwashing and storage room in our current vegetable pack-house. It is a construction project that we were not expecting, and will take a few months to complete, but we are excited for the opportunities that this will provide.
