Half chickens are perfect for the grill or a small household! Our chickens are raised on pasture in a rotating open pen and fed a free-choice non-gmo (and local!) grain ration. This means that they have access to fresh grass and grubs each week and live out in the open. This produces the most delicious broilers you can find.
