Our all-weather staple green, these bunches of Swiss chard are primarily green/white with a few colorful leaves mixed in - full and flavorful and so versatile! When you cook your chard, don’t throw out those stems! Chop and sauté them before throwing in the greens, or better yet, pickle them with our favorite recipe!
