This high-quality beef comes from grass-fed and finished cattle raised humanely on our family's wildlife-friendly prairie ranchland without added hormones, antibiotics, or grain. Our cattle graze native grasses on hills that used to sit at the bottom of an ancient sea. This geology is the foundation for the Flint Hills, which our family (and cattle) help conserve.
