This is a slightly smaller version of our new BLT toast bread - a 600 g loaf made with a blend of Stafford County unbleached white flour and Rouge du Bourgogne heirloom whole wheat flour grown and freshly milled by Stone and Sparrow mill in Melvern, Kansas - if you haven’t tried the flours and grains from this grower/producer at the MHK market, don’t miss out! These are incredibly flavorful and thoughtfully grown, and have been a boon to our sandwich breads :)
