Leonardo (Purple) Radicchio - a slightly bitter (and beautiful!) chicory green, this can be eaten as a salad green, combined with shredded daikon and apples with a creamy dressing. These are also divine drizzled with oil, grilled or roasted at a high heat and dressed with balsamic and lemon zest.
